Fool ’em with Faux Plants

Let’s face it – we weren’t all born with a green thumb, but you can still bring the beauty of the outdoors into you home in a quick and easy fashion with artificial plants!

Fool 'em with Faux Plants

A couple rules of thumb:

1.  Choose artificial plants in colors that actually occur in nature for the most true-to-life look!

2.  Feel free to mix real elements of nature (branches, moss, etc…) into your artificial arrangement.

3.  Display your artificial plants in a natural setting.  If your plants were real, where would you place them so that they would thrive?  For example, live succulents require bright light, so place your fakes in a window! Placing them on a dark shelf is a dead giveaway that they aren’t real.

Don’t be afraid to fake it with faux plants!  Keep reading for some inspiration!

BTW, all the below arrangements are currently available at Matlack Florist, so stop in if something catches your eye!
