Welcome to our first ‘In Bloom’ Bouquet Breakdown, where we will be showing you real bouquets made here at Matlack Florist and breaking down all the floral components of the bouquet for you!
This unstructured style of bouquet is right on trend and perfect for the bride who is looking for a very organic, natural bouquet. The loosely-gathered look in creams, pinks and burgundies lends itself well to the late-summer bride.
If you love this bouquet, here are the flowers that you need to recreate it: Light Pink Roses, White Hydrangea, Burgundy Dahlias, White Calla Lilies, White Astilbe, and Blue Veronica.
This bouquet also has a strong focus on greenery, and includes a nice variety of the following: Italian Ruscus, Camellia, Seeded Eucalyptus, Gunnii Eucalyptus, and Salal.
Following with the natural theme of the bouquet, we left a large portion of the stems showing and finished off the bouquet with a lace burlap ribbon married with loose curls of sheer white ribbon.

You’ll want to fill your vase two-thirds full with lukewarm water, and then add the floral preservatives that you should have received with your flowers. The floral preservatives will help to keep the water bacteria-free and provide essential nutrients for your roses to extend their life.
